I struggle with AuDHD. I have chronic pain in my dominant hand caused by tendonitis.

Terms of Service

General

All references need to be clear images. 3D references are acceptable.
_{(The more images provided for your commission, the better!)}X-rithy will NOT accept commissions with only written/text references or generative AI images used in references!X-rithy reserves the right to refuse a commission for any reason, from commission subject to client behavior.Unless explicitly requested by the client otherwise, or the content of the commission breaks ToS, X-rithy may stream working on a client's commission.Please be aware that due to chronic pain, X-rithy's commission process may be slow.

What to Expect

X-rithy will provide works in progress (WIP) during the sketch phase, unless the commissioned work is only a clean sketch process.Works that include shading or coloring will also receive a WIP update following flat colors.After the final WIP is accepted, X-rithy will finish the commission. Clients will receive their completed commissioned artwork in digital image format.

Changes & Edits

Any major or significant changes should be made during the sketch process. Clients will receive an additional WIP following these changes.Smaller edits and fixes will be done without charge afterwards, however large changes (i.e. changing the pose or composition) will be at a charge of 50% of the commission cost.Please communicate any changes needed to be made when the sketch is presented!

Payment

Commission payment will be through Stripe. Once the commission is confirmed, the client will receive an invoice with their final price.Clients will pay full price of their commission up front before X-rithy will begin progress on commissions.

Cancel & Refund

X-rithy reserves the right to cancel a commission for any reason. In the event X-rithy cancels a commission, X-rithy will refund at 100% of the client's payment.The client can cancel the commission at any time, however X-rithy will not issue a refund unless clients have discussed with X-rithy the circumstances for regarding cancellation.Please message X-rithy as soon as possible for cancellations.

Copyright

X-rithy reserves the right to use commissioned artwork for advertisement at any point. If a client has requested a private commission, X-rithy will not post or use it for advertisement.X-RITHY DOES NOT CONSENT TO: any of commissioned artwork being used in AI training—present or future projects—in any capacity!

All commissions are for personal use.

This includes:
References, icons, banners, thumbnails, personal promotions, reprinting for personal use, etc.Commissions made by X-rithy are not for commercial use. Do not resell commissioned artwork.Do not remove any watermarks or signatures on commissioned artwork.

Experimental

Experimental pieces will give X-rithy full control over the process, streamlining commissions. For a flat price, X-rithy will draw the client's commission in a style/medium/composition of their choosing.Provide a character reference, and their personality (and/or occupation)—this is to prevent drawing very grumpy characters with overly positive expressions, for example.❥ Price: $100
